• ENTRE KULTURAS cocoa and strawberry quinoto
• Grated chocolate (60 % cocoa)
• 50 g sugar (optional)
• Heavy cream
• Cardamom powder
1. Cook the quinoto with water for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, let the quinoa absorb the remaining water.
2. Add the sugar, cardamom powder, heavy cream, grated chocolate, butter and mix until it gets a creamy texture.
3. Serve with fresh chopped strawberries.
