Ingredients – Para 4 people
- 200 grams of beef rib
- 200 grams of Organic quinoa ENTRE- KULTURAS
- 4 medium potatoes
- ½ finely chopped red onion
- ½ finely chopped pearl onions
- Chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon achiote oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- In medium pan add achiote oil, butter, peanut butter and fry again the onions.
- Place beef rib cut into medium cubes.
- Add water exceeding three fingers on it and let it boil.
- Add the quinoa, potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes
- When quinoa and potatoes are cooked place the cilantro and serve hot.
