Ingredients – Para 4 people

  • 200 grams of beef rib
  • 200 grams of Organic quinoa ENTRE- KULTURAS
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • ½ finely chopped red onion
  • ½ finely chopped pearl onions
  • Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon achiote oil
  •  1 tablespoon butter



  1. In medium pan add achiote oil, butter, peanut butter and fry again the onions.
  2. Place beef rib cut into medium cubes.
  3. Add water exceeding three fingers on it and let it boil.
  4. Add the quinoa, potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes
  5. When quinoa and potatoes are cooked place the cilantro and serve hot.
